I don't eat white at all now, I just stick to brown/red/wild rice. So when I do my rice and peas I just use one of those instead and it doesn't come out that much differently.
Also, since calaloo comes out a tin I don't nyam that either, I just eat fresh spinach instead.
Also I definitely don't mess with that cheese in the tin that mofos leave in their cupboards for like 100 years then consume- you know the one I'm talking about!
