No excuse. I had to do about 100 x 4-counts of 'em which were preceded by us curling an actual telephone pole for a half hour after my platoon in Boot Camp screwed-up during a drill.
Most people who have no military or high school sports in their past (and even some of them) are physically weak and can’t deal with the pain associated with staying in shape. Weakness leaving the body lifestyle isn’t something they’re used to.
