I'm glad I've lived in NYC all my life, people that don't grow up with kids of all races just #inherently have flaws in how they think.
Then again I lived in decent places and went to decent schools, as soon as everyone grew up and the black/latino problem of unruly and unintelligent children began to show itself..
- if that's people's first exposure to people of other races, then I kind of understand. If black people's first interaction with whites is weird news stories and evil CACs, I understand. Disappointing all around *points fingers at everyone*

He hit the nail right on the head with his statement. He defined systematic white supremacy perpetuated by the Dominant Society (White Europeans) perfectly.
maybe, but what exactly does that have to do with racism? If I hold power my goal is to keep people from taking it from me. If I must allow people into my circle it will be "family" or people I deem to be like me. Why pretend that blacks and others would not do the same?
To say one can't be racist because they hold no power is incredibly stupid.
1) why do people like Stuart feel the need to make this separation? Yes we all get minorities get taken advantage of by the man. But why does he feel he needs to separate ignorance with racism.
2) yes you can be a black racist even if you aren't rich. Why don't you ask the old white dude that got knocked out by the black teenager for being white. By the definition below that seems like racism to me.

You show me a group of black people who created laws to segregate one race from another. Show me a group of black people who can legislate rules and statues to force another group of people to, practice a certain religion, forbid the use of firearms and/or weapons, forbid the use of congregating in large crowds by day or by night unless it was under the pretext of marriage permitted by their slave masters, forbid the use of selling any commodities, provisions or produce of any kind without the written consent of their slave masters.....etc
So yea let me know if any group of black people has set these standards on another race of people.

According to the definition above you're wrong. What's the reason Black people (that don't like whites) don't like whites? Is it because of their race? NO!! It's because it's white people that had us enslaved, whipped, chained, raped and discriminated against for centuries. It's not because they're white, its because what they've done to US.
That is a valid point but you can't lump a whole group of people because of actions from a few. That's the same mentality we dislike white racists for. Either way every side that speaks on racism sounds like a broken record and it's sad to think we'll probably never all come to a consensus.
