Stuck daydreaming 24/7 not taking action in life

All the time. Typically ur unorganized. I find myself thinking much less when I have a plan the day before and execute it.

Also making sure I'm in the public eye. So if I have a paper due, I'll go to the library. Etc.


Also sleep earlier and wake up earlier and start the day with what u hate most. In my case it's working out.

I always find myself stuck dreaming all the time and barely taking any action and having a supreme lack of motivation to do anything lately I think it's a mix of my depression and being on the internet a LOT.

Maladaptive day dreaming is what it's called. I didn't know that so many people do it.

Next semester. I plan to stop doing it and stop wasting time on here and lsa. I'm going to try not to post on here until summer. I have to log in to lsa sometimes to check and see if there is any jcole tea in my inbox, but I'm going to limit that to once per month and no posting (unless an incog is there). I don't have any social media.
