This is at least the 3rd time there's been a thread about this.

With that being said I feel the need to say that they really should revisit these laws. At 16 I would've knowingly fukked both of these teachers and the only side effects would be an inflated ego and a crazy confidence boost. Never at any point in my life would I look back and feel taken advantage of, instead I'd look back and think, "damn I was a young stud scooping my two kinda hot older teachers." I know people say if it was a 16 year old girl would I say the same thing, and my response is I don't know, if it was my daughter I'd beat the teachers brutally, but I don't know how 16 year old girls think, maybe they're completely ready and would view it as a conquest like most 16 year old boys would.

Here lies the problem. There's a reason why there are age of consent laws, it's because teenagers, while being able to have sex, are also not mentally developed enough to fully grasp the weight of the consequences of their actions. Their hormones are raging, so they'll be ready to have sex at the drop of a hat without a care in the world, and there are full grown adults who DO have a full grasp of consequences who are using this fact to take advantage of young, naive children. Yes they're teenagers, but still children. This is why we call these people predators. It's even worse when you are supposed to be an authority figure of which parents trust you to watch over and help guide their children in the right direction, by fukking around with them you are basically manipulating them for your pleasure. If anything, they should make these laws harsher. You are looking at this from the perspective of your 16 year old self, that's nowhere near a rational way of thinking. This has nothing to do with whether or not they're ready to fukk, they're too young to make rational decisions, hence these laws. You can get pregnant, stds, etc....yes I know, they can get that from other teens too, but that's far different from a grown authority figure taking advantage. I wouldn't give a fukk if it were teachers fukking with my son or daughter, I'll beat a grown ass woman down for coming at my son like that just the same as I would a man coming at my daughter. Bunch of other grown folks out there for them to fukk with, leave the kids the fukk alone....

Now if it was black people or white men something might happen but feminist groups are usually the people that lobby to get harsher laws passed but not here cuz it would be against mostly white women. They aren't exactly pushing equality on the ass end of things such as harsher laws against mainly white women or women entering the draft

Here are the details.

A 32-year-old English teacher who is married with 3 kids admitted in court Thursday that she had sex with a 16-year-old student, in a forgiving plea deal that gets her out of serving any prison time or having to register as a sex offender.

Former Destrehan High School teacher Shelley Dufresne was arrested in September after the teen in question started bragging to friends at the St Charles Parish, Louisiana school that he had slept with two teachers.

An investigation later revealed that the unidentified teen had sex with both his current English teacher at the time, Dufresne, and his English teacher from the prior year, 24-year-old Rachel Respess – including an alleged a threesome with both at Respess’s house.

While she was on house arrest Dufresne was allowed to attend Jazzercize. If you wondered who snitched, the kid bragged to his friends who obviously weren’t good at keeping a secret or were extremely jealous so they told.
