I'm going to go the route where I don't claim my sons their last 2 years of high school so they can apply as independent. :mjpls:

Explain dat... sounds like they can choose a "no parent" thing and get grants?

The best thing about my oldest kid, is he is in advanced classes. Will graduate with college credits, from what I heard enough to have his 1st 2 years of college done. So hopefully my Florida 529 can do his Bach/Masters. Dude said he wants to have that Dr. prefix :yes:

I have no horse in the race since i live in Canada. I said it before and I'll say it again. The reason tuition fees are so high and still increasing is because of the availability of student loans guaranteed by the government.
