I'll say this. There are some women who like the drama. It's not a rule of thumb though and it's not something you should live by.

There's a lot of different types of women, there's absolutely definitely no golden rule. I'd argue most women want to be with a dude who has multiple desirable traits which can be conflated with the ability to cheat, but that's mentally immature. You'll also find women who legit find a dude who cheats desirable. This is a toxic trait and a major red flag. You'll also find women who don't want you to be desirable at all..."who you getting dressed up for", "why you going to the gym?", giving you extra food on your plate deliberately type shyt...

It’s because most women who get cheated on already have a high level of attraction to the man they’re with so they already are exercising a high level of love for him.
Women get lost in the emotion of high level attraction and love to the point they’ll let a man get away with anything til it comes back to bite them. They’ll let the dog off the leash and then later be mad he was found humping another bish….but she already had that ultimate level of love to allow him to operate unchecked before things went left.

Some people love drama. It could include cheating, domestic violence, emotional abuse, etc..

I believe that a lot of it has to do with people finding normalcy in toxic behavior because it's all they know.

Someone who is structured and disciplined may be perceived to be too predictable and boring for those who is toxic. It's the unpredictability of a person that toxic individuals find exciting.

So, I am not sure if someone purposely loves cheaters per se, but said person may simply prefer to deal with someone who is emotionally on their level.
