Gonna keep it 100. Think this is one of the negative results of feminism. There's more programs focused on the development of job training skills, job market skills and preparing for the work place for women compared to men especially this generation. There are also more women in college and graduating school compared to men. Honestly, it's easier for a woman to get a job than it is for a man now. So with this said, wouldn't be surprised that the workforce will be dominated by women in the next 20 years and men will be underemployed or stay at home fathers and etc.
Breh....in some cases the dude is really trying hard and just can't find work, but in others, some dudes act like they expect the money to come to them. Like the money's gonna come tap them on the shoulder while they're at somebody's house smoking weed playing 2k. A lot of these dudes have kids too
I can definitely say, while there are some cases where the guy is putting his all into finding more work,
there are also some dudes who lack ambition, won't listen to anybody trying to help them, and think something is going to magically come along and put more money in their pockets. I know, I used to be friends with a couple of dudes like this but stopped talking to them. They had internet access yet instead of trying to make money online, they're on facebook, twitter, etc for hours. I put them up on legit ways to make money but they never did it, why because playing video games, getting high, fukking the local thots, etc was more important to them.
Lastly,
women aren't heavy in the trade game like that (construction, plumbing, electrician, autobody, etc ). I know dudes that could've went to the local CC 10 mins from their house for free (financial aid/grants would've paid for their tuition & books) and picked up a trade but they made excuses. Even when i was taking classes, me and this other dude were the only black males in there. It was a lot of Mexicans, Arabs, and cacs though.
Even though what you said is true to a small degree, it's that mindset that's part of the problem. I mean, yeah women are graduating and having careers but that doesn't mean there's not something out there for men who want it bad enough 
some of these guys don't want it bad enough. If they did they wouldn't be spending so much time playing games. If i really want to get some money, what would be a better choice, talking about how fukked up the economy is, feminism, trying to make it to level 143 etc or having the mentality that getting money is not optional and i'm going to get it no matter what?
Women ain't in trades like that, there are some dykes who go in but even then men still get hired over them a lot of the time. If more brehs want to make some money legally, trades are a good route. nikkas need to get into school, like i said i know several cats that could've gone for free but didn't want to. They made excuses or put it off. nikkas need a skillset. Knowing how to advance to the next level on a video game, how to turn up, how to roll a blunt, how to tweet/DM, and how to flip burgers etc is not gonna cut it in the upcoming years, because things are going to get worse before they get better.
