Sometimes I wonder how I was that guy staying up all night playing street fighter or God of war.

It's like once I graduated college and finally secured a job it was all about working out, getting money, traveling, and getting p*ssy.

The only time I pick up a controller now is to turn on Netflix on my ps3.

Your post makes me wonder why beyond the video games, so many young men in general lack ambition and goals?

I don't condone this lifestyle but it is weird how people act like they can't understand how people can do something that's relaxing and fun for long periods of time. It's weird that so many people would rather slave away at their job and talk like they need to be working so they can feel productive. It's come off as very robotic.

i believe it...i even said the other day that dudes are too obsessed with video games, there's nothing wrong with playing them, but being overly obsessed with them is another thing. time management and priorities

Video games like anything else is a hobby, but any hobby should be done in moderation.

If you too busy trying to bust nikkas in Madden instead of turning in that job application, you got issues to handle.

Most of the dudes i've known who loved video games did have a job (usually low wage), but they would go home after work and play them all night. I used to do that when i was like maybe 14-15, stay up all night playing GTA with snacks and go to sleep at like 3-4 AM, but i definitely can't imagine me doing it now :mjlol: i outgrew it. i can't help but think, time is money, and hours spent playing video games i could be making more money. And the guys i'm referring to, didn't do this one day out of the week, it was usually multiple days. Then some would be complaining about bills or being broke etc, Like nikka if you got a 2nd job or did some kind of side hustle, online or wherever etc instead of just spending 8 hours playing video games after you get off work, maybe you'd have more money :patrice:

Nothing wrong with video games or any other hobby, but i couldn't do it for hours and hours like them. I love money too much :blessed:if it's not something that's going to make me more money i don't put too much time into it

I never even really thought about it before but most of my hobbies are stuff that i make money off of i.e. programming and other shyt

The country of myself

I wonder the same thing. I told myself once I finished school I wanted to see the world.

I've been to 8 different countries since July 2015. When I tell other brothas they can do it too they make excuses. They think with a group mentality or plain and simple their just scared.

I can't allow myself to be satisfied with just being comfortable(aka comfortable nikkas)

Man. I would feel like even more of a loser sitting at home playing video games all day instead of getting a job at mcdonalds and working all day.

Dudes parents need to get on that ass ASAP.

Personally, I don't understand how someone could spend weeks on end playing video games, I too get tired of monotony.
If I was unemployed and looking for a job I would likely be waking up every morning, hitting up the gym or the court, doing a few hours of job searching, reading, coding, drawing, skateboarding, and then maybe an hour or so of video games, probably punctuated by documentary watching on Netflix or ViceTV.
Maybe its my ADD but I can't even watch television for hours on end.
