I got a few under me too and I'm not a boss that's gonna press nikkas or be strict about rules. I let nikkas vape, use 2 earphones, stretch breaks if they need to, ect. Due to this, they don't be missing days or disappearing randomly during crunch time.

I've slapped the shyt out of a supervisor before, I know how it feels to have a regular ass person feel like he is above you in life because he got a bytch ass title at a job. fukk them types of bosses. I'll never be that.
