I imagine anything that causes you to make rapid reflex decisions in succession keeps your mind stronger.
Don’t even understand how this isn’t understood.

Old people do crossword puzzles and other bullshyt, it’s literally similar concepts except virtually and causes your mind and body to be in sync.. which is actually easier for young people to do.

Main reason I don’t game as much now is because I got to learn or re-learn how to do shyt with the games.

I also think the quality of games matter, but often times it helps you to think outside the box to solve a problem.

And I gamed as a kid but still was outside hooping, on trampolines, playing sideline kill football, etc.

Everything those kids are even doing outside are just games as well. Same concepts, just teach your kids structure and not to be lazy

I grew up playing final fantasy, strategy games, etc. Not many first person shooters. They definitely helped me later in life even after I "quit" gaming in my 20s.

Anything in excess is too much. I do get annoyed with people who diss gaming, though I was born in the 80s so I come from a different time.

It’s also crazy to me how women have problems with men (or boys) with videogames too.

Like even my therapist (cognitive therapy for chronic pain) suggested that I play video games to take my mind off things and get back into it as a hobby.

It’s almost like if you not bored or paying attention to them, they’re not happy. Even with their kids.

My ex had a son who was gaming with his friends on his bday and she was trying to get him/them off the game and I was like :dahell:

They were literally having a blast. I legit asked her for what? There was no answer
