I'm 5'7-5'8. From 29-33 I fluctuated 30 pounds. 29 I started getting flabby and went up to 190. Lost it and went down to 165-170, which was my high school weight. 30, dislocated my hand than got married and stopped hitting the gym like i did. Went back to 195-200. 32 onward I stayed the same weight, but I started hitting the gym hard turned the fat into mostly muscle. Been looking like an NFL running back ever since and I'm 38 now. It gets annoying how many people say how bulky I am to be honest.

Some of that is bone density/body maturation, very few people weight the exact same from 20 to 30 even if active.
I understand but the vast majority of that weight is pure fat from poor diet and lack of exercise which is a shame cause those are your prime years...I was a fukking bull when I was in my mid 20s:wow:

:scust:At yall getting flabby in your 20s and early 30s just lazy af
it's partial laziness but mostly just unknown territory for most ppl.

You come from hanging out on weekdays, moving around, walking to classes all day in hs or college. Now you are at a desk job and get home and it's your time. Except you don't want to be doing much during your time.

First few years you start to see a difference, but it's no big deal. All of a sudden boom, that next year you are up 20 lbs in 4 months cuz you haven't noticed that sedentary lifestyle and 2nd glass of wine or 1 bowl of cereal a day (500 cals only) got you putting on a pound a week.
