I remember me n wifey had been together bout 4-5 years n she start talking about moving to another city to continue studying. It fukked me up cuz I was enjoying how things were set at the time just having a good time in life.

I realised I was so content and at peace with myself that I would do fine without her. Of course I loved her I just didnt need her.

So I told her she can do whatever is right for her and I wont try to stop her but no way in hell am I following. She was shocked talking bout 'we supposed to do everything together' I was like fukk that shyt Im prepared to go it alone and you should be too.

In the end she aint go nowhere ended up studying in the same city where we lived then. Point is she didnt switch up till she knew I didnt need her. shyt so powerful to this day I think she knows deep down she can only push shyt so far.
