What's your opinion on invicta?

Anybody that's into watches will tell you they are way overpriced, I got two that retail for over $1200 each, paid less than 200 for each of them. I got an Armani watch that gets more looks than any invicta I ever had.

I dont see one fake boat, only fake jewellery. I'm still waiting for yall to name one person on forbes with an iced out audemar
I don't know them personally and the whole thing I quoted was the stuff about you saying rich people don't spend their money on material stuff. The other question is strawmaning in regards to what I originally quoted but good move to try to switch it up though.

:sas1:From Forbes -

Femi Otedola of Nigeria appeared on Forbes' billionaires list in 2009 but dropped out of the rankings shortly afterwards as shares of his African Petroleum (now called Forte Oil) plunged more than 80%

They're nice watches. Everyone is different. I just tend to gravitate towards simpler watches.
But I guess watches are like shoes...there's an occasion for everything.

Invicta seems a bit busy-looking for me, but I guess if someone was looking for a watch that had a bit of a dressy feel to it...at a low cost...then they'd definitely be worth a shot.

I'm not watch expert though.

Nah breh you introduced the "strawman" of ahmed and his boats. The thread is about fake jewellery. iced out watches in particular. which billionaires dont wear (although there are exceptions to the rule it is more than a generalization that wealthy men know the value of money and dont waste it on iced out watches).

you said name one person from Forbes ....I did

unlike you I never speculate , I only deal with facts....

for example how could you possibly know what watches people form forbes wear? but you decided to speculate..... I have actually seen Femi wearing this watch live in the flesh while he spoke with my Dad...

your point of view is one of a person that has never been around rich/wealthy people and just generally assumes that they all live a certain way..... its extremely incorrect and patronizing.....

Nah I didn't add the strawman because if you read why I originally quoted you I said that whole only faux rich people buy luxury stuff you was pumping was bullshyt. I didn't introduce nothing honestly you did.

I dont know billionaires just like i dont know the nikkas in the pictures. I only know what i see. When I see pictures of truly wealthy people, i dont see them wearing gaudy jewellery, except their wives.

Which rich man not named Floyd Mayweather wears iced out wathces, big gaudy chains, diamond earrings bigger than engagement rings, etc? it's not bullshyt that rich people invest their money in assets regardless to how you feel about it.

Fake or not, I think those watches are ugly.

I like a more simple, sleeker looking watch.
Doesn't matter the price. Sort of like those MVMT watches.
They're like $100

But that's just me.

:dwillhuh:breh the thread is called "stuntin on instagram gone wrong" and has pictures of dudes stunting in fake jewellery. rich people dont go around stunting with an authentic anything in those pictures breh. not to say they dont buy expensive wacthes, they dont stunt. they rock 15,000 suits and 200,000 watches and you wouldnt even know it.

This is basically my everyday watch. It's automatic, fits nice, wears nice. will last forever. never needs a battery.
and you can get them in different colored faces. they come with a nylon band but toss on a leather band like in the pic and they look real nice.
Seiko 5 Automatic, I basically paid $140 (with a nice italian leather band made for more expensive watches)

I have other watches for other things but this is basically my day to day.
when I wanna go out on the town I rock my Ballast valiant

Which at $500 is still a pretty good deal for an automatic skeleton watch watch
