The whole process is stupid. Applicants are going to lie to get the job and employers are going to lie to make it look like the company is awesome. Interviews are the fakes situations out there

You saw a co-worker stealing office supplies, you suspect that they are having money problems. Their work is suffering. What would you do?
a. Ask the manager to start a bake sale, collect clothes for them
b. Babysit their kids when your not working
c. Turn them in to the manager

Employers really expect you to research the company before hand. It helps but it still never changes my ultimate reason for working, which is I need money.
