When I was little I thought the actors getting killed in action movies really died. Had me thinking "wow these guys are brave to be in a movie with Schwarzenegger. He killed 20 people in the running man." When you have dikkhead older brothers you learn to keep your stupid ideas to yourself quick to avoid getting roasted.
When I was a kid for some reason I assumed if an actor wanted to play the role of a character on a movie or show they'd need to actually share the same first name.
For example, Brad Pitt could only play roles where the character was also named Brad.
