Big really inspired and inflence everyone in the Lox. Is this a surprise? Style has said on many songs Big was the Best as well as Kiss and Sheek. Every song Big and Lox did was fire. But just imagine yourself in their shoes for a minute. They were there during Big's last days (See what I did there, lol) and saw the recording of "Life After Death". They know they witnessed history and are happy to be apart of it. All Styles is basically saying is Biggie was the most versitle ever. Flipping songs, styles, regional beats, flows, everything.

Shoot they were on "Benji's" which featured Big and was a huge pop culture hit. The Lox's issues was with Puff and contracts not Biggie. That's why they left Bad Boy, had Big lived the situation might of turned out differently. So he kind of put them under his wing and they are forever grateful to him for it. They were not that big enough yet to be on "Life After Death" but Big added them because he believed in them. "We'll Always Love Big Poppa" is a Classic Hip Hop Tribute song. Jada came through on 'Letter to Big". They were on freestyles and underground cuts with him. They went through the versitility just working with him. From cuts as raw as the CREAM Freestyle to the Top of the Charts with Benji's.

And they appeared on "LAD" on one of the tougher tracks on the album produced by Havoc. Recently The Lox and Mobb came together for the first time and basically did a Biggie Tribute with a sample "All a Dream" about how there dreams had come true through Hip Hop the same way Biggie was talking about in "Juicy". Styles also came out with a mixtape cut some years back with Talib Produced by Statik Seletah about how far Hip Hop has fallen off since Big's died. Biggie shouted out all three Lox members on his final verse on "Victory".

"Working with Biggie was like being on the Bulls with Jordan in the 90's" - Style P
