Ive been through that and i must say that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
The problem is that black people are held to impossible standards in an inherently racist society fueled by white supremacy. One of them is black men got to be strong and all that and hold back our feelings for fear of looking weak.
Amongst others....depression, anxiety, bpd, etc are seen as "only for white people" so that leads young black men and women to bottling their feelings up cause they feel they have no one to talk to.
Suicide amongst young black males has been on the increase in the past couple of years.
Many of these lives could of been saved if they felt thwy weren't going to be ostracized for having mental illness or dealing with emotional disorders. And were able to seek treatment.
