If someone 'reacted like a man' they would get sent off, miss the next game, prolly be labeled hot-headed and seen as a liability to the team and likely have to pay a fine. So he should 'be a man' and risk all that plus add a red card on top of an already down to 10 man squad and further decrease the likelihood his country moved on instead of just letting the game end and let Fifa review the incident and hand suarez punishment?

Also, if someone did react, he is still perfectly capable of doing it again
