I don’t have a real stable diet
I workout 5 times a week (survival/BJJ/Kickboxing)
Go to the range on weekends

I’m fine though just a skinny fella :yeshrug: :francis:

I smoke about a OZ THC every 2 days and I eat munchies and that’s what I survive off :yeshrug: :yeshrug:

I work long hours so fukk it !

Ya you need to just eat more protein, drink some shakes. Your activity levels too high to gain weight without replacing them calories. I used to be a hard gainer too.

If you are under 6ft . Realistically you want to be slightly under 200 especially as you age
This is where I'm at. Deep into my 40s and in my 50s, if I can't break under 200, I can deal with it as I had my time. Being 200+ just to say so regardless of height/bone structure ain't it.

I'm 5'9 and if I was >200bs I'd definitely be :flabbynsick:

Probably like 160-something at the moment and I'm not particularly skinny. No chance I could do the workout in the video though. :skip:
