He's Obviously Talented But We Saw How Hard It Is To Pawn Him Off On Someone, Even The Cavs Didn't Want Him, When He Came Back From China We Were The Only Suitors For lol

Most GMs Aren't As Easily Fooled As Fans Over The LeBron Effect, See Boobie Gibson, Damon Jones, Carlos Arroyo, Delonte West, Norris Cole etc..

That's the advantages of having Lebron.

I was reading on Twitter that Mudiay was missing alot of shots in his workouts for the lakers today

If that's true that's not a good look he's the type of dude that needs to turn up if he looks great during workouts it makes the Knicks more capable of trading #4 as more teams will want to move up if they think they have a star player.

Draft Mudiay and see if we can rape the Hawks for both Demarre Carroll and Paul Millsap

Mudiay
Carroll
Melo
Millsap
Lou Amundson or a very underpaid Javale McGee :sadcam:

Bench
Jose Calderon
Langston Galloway
Tim Hardaway Jr
Louis Labeyrie :yeshrug:

He is a solid prospect, but risky due to his offensive game.

It COULD be a Calipari thing holding him back, but I would be feel safer picking Mudiay at #4

I think it all depends on whether or not we plan on sticking with the triangle next season. If we do, then I'm not too worried about Stein's offensive game or lack thereof.

Not too sure about Mudiay in the triangle if his jumper really is as weak as its being reported.

Sources: Winslow 'in play' for Knicks after workout

Justise Winslow received strong feedback from the New York Knicks following his workout Monday at the team's training facility, according to sources familiar with the proceedings.

The Knicks are scheduled to work out top point guard prospect Emmanuel Mudiay on Tuesday at the team facility.

New York is scheduled to work out Kentucky big man Willie Cauley-Stein and Murray State guard Cameron Payne later this month.

I'm cool with Mudiay at 4. I'm sick of hearing about Phil (who isn't coaching) not liking traditional PG's. Listen, any offense needs a playmaker/facilitator. It's not a triangle rule that that player can't be the PG. Jax had been lucky enough during his 11 rings that he had facilitators that defended other positions (Mike, Kobe, Odom, Pip). That's it. That's the difference. They played the essential PG role but could defend 1-4. And only Odom could match up with 4's. Prob Pip too to a lesser extent. And Mud goes 6'5 200. Sounds like the prototypical type the triangle experts claim Phil (who isn't coaching) likes.
But uh....:patrice:
After watching film on this Payne kid....I wouldn't be mad if we could turn the 4 pick and parts into him and WCS. :yeshrug:

I said from the jump before we even knew what pick we were getting I wanted a PG

But im not gonna lie I think WCS is going to be the steal of the draft

His P&R defense is elite, along witb his size and agility. Plus he has a solid mid-range J
If we end up having to settle for Greg Monroe in FA, he would be perfect next to him.

I keep seeing Tyson Chandler comparisons but imo he's more Antbony Davis then anything
