most jailhouse informants are ALREADY DOING TIME- he didnt sign up to go in like "60 days in"
he most likely got reduced time on his sentence, money in his commissary, and a few extra perks for helping them PIGS-
But he did not "sign up to go in for 3 months" to be a snitch- that would be an undercover cop not a paid informant- and I only seen that shyt happen on OZ
