I'm pretty sure chuck phillips article is the closest we will ever cone to the truth. I don't know if I believe that biggie was present in vegas demanding that tupac be shot with his gun, but i'm pretty sure tupac got shot over his beed with bad boy and the shady figures extorting them.

i believe that part of it also i remember they did a special on that on tv and they tried to say that biggie was in the studio or whatever but they could not provide evidence that he was in the studio.
and also chuck said they erase video footage on the cameras at mgm camera every certain amount of hours
so i believe if they did not erase the footage then we might have seen biggie on those cameras.
and besides he was being extorted by jimmy henchmen hatian jack and king tut so that's probably how it went down.

I think there were multiple people present at the event helping poochie as look outs. I think they were those LAPD that were working for Suge. That's my theory, anyway.
