For me, Snoop dances between top 10 and not top 10 as a rapper.
But Snoop as a personality and as a recognizable rapper, he's probably top 5.

While other albums haven't been as good as DS, he still has good albums. Probably at the end of top 10 list. People wish they could have the career Snoop, LL, and others who have managed to stay relevant as long as they have.
