Pac had already lived in Cali 7 yrs prior to joining DR.He was a fully converted Californian by that point.
Snoop lies about everything so why anyone would take him acting like him and Tupac were "friends" is beyond me. It's known they had tension.
But the point is that gang politics are complicated so Snoop's relationships with other gang members is deeper than his connection to Pac. It's crazy to think otherwise especially when they were just label mates for less than a year. Snoop been a Crip way longer than that.
