I have a terrible back due to a car accident I had years back. I was originally thinking of yoga and pilates to remedy that, but when I spoke to a rheumatologist it was suggested that I strengthen my core first. Any at home or beginners exercises I should be looking into? Any help is appreciated.
I actually did this workout very regularly during my track and field years and a few years following. I feel like my current base core strength exists because of this workout. Good luck!
