No one could touch Nelly in 2002

On just about every hip hop message board around that time, everybody hated him though.

As for this, I was going to say Jagged Edge - Where the party at but that came out in 2001 but I could have sworn it was a bigger hit in the Summer of 02. I think that Nelly song does win for that summer.
