washington is mostly cool so acs arent really needed. when that heatwave hit last year the few fans and acs sold with the quickness. after that, bags of ice were being snatched up. luckily it didnt last long.

same with the East AfricansPierce County (Tacoma, Federal Way) has most of the Women of color and more blue collar, down to earth women but it gets real trashy, real quick. Puget Sound as a whole lacks a middle class so the culture of women is either super educated, probably working in tech or living in the South Sound, barely getting by, and probably have a few kids.
