Im skinny fat. Getting thicker by the minute. Switching up the diet to keep the belly at bay.
. yeah I'm working on my forearms and calves. my squat has increased and my abs coming a litte bit. Post up in the gymI'm 38 years old with a 6 pack, well defined shoulders and arms. Calves and thighs on point as well. Got the arch on my lower back and glutes are good too. Best shape I've ever been in my life. Nothing like a healthy diet and hard work to put you over the top.

Havent taken a pic cause all I have is a burner with a shytty cam. I dont have a scale but I think I'm at or close to my goal. Just gotta tone a likkle bitkeep it up and don't be too shy to share a flick.. yeah I'm working on my forearms and calves. my squat has increased and my abs coming a litte bit.
I think I might switch up my workout routine and go with the workout regiment that @ThiefyPoo recommended, so I might switch to that routine and work on that for three to four months.
