I grill all the time. Out here smoked tri tip is the big thing, but pulled pork is my favorite. Right now I have a jar of sweet and spicy strawberry mezquite honey bbq that I made the other day. Good shyt. Will throw that on a full slab of ribs and smoke them about 4 to 5 hours with all natural mezquite charcoal. Falls right off the bone. Culinary school has taught me well.
