10-loss, Demian Maia
- Maia is 3-4 in his last seven fights
- in fairness to him, he did lose to Woodley, Covington, and Usman all back to back to back
- Maia is coming off of a brutal TKO loss to Gilbert Burns


with the current BMF Champion, Jorge Masvidal, producing back to back losses (and 3-4 in his last seven fights), surely either Diaz or Maia will be next in line for the BMF belt.

off topic, but it is really wild to me how Stipe Miocic wasn't pushed to the moon in the way the way Forrest Griffin and Liddell were. Even before the UFC became the footstool for the Trump Administration. He literally had it all. Blue Collar, child of immigrants from the Rustbelt. Did he even get a commercial spot?
