To my knowledge he hasn't. To be fair, I haven't talked to dude in like 5 months and haven't seen him in a over a year. After that first episode, he had at least 3 or 4 similar other episodes, one of which was when he came to live me in college after his sister kicked him out of her house (because of that initial episode).
One night when he was at my apartment in college dude really started to bug out - chanting, making strange noises and perverting biblical scriptures . I had to lock my doors just so I could get some sleep. Woke up the next morning and he was gone. Found him like 4 days later at the psych ward. I got to the ward and my dude was talking gibberish (people in black suits are coming to get him, he was fist bumping with Moses in the sky etc). Me and one of my boys prayed and fasted for 4 days for his deliverance.
The docs said he had drug induced psychosis. Docs said he might smoked weed laced with PCP. The PCP part is false because at the party where he smoked, my other friend hit the same J and he was fine. I do think when he's in a high state he's prone/open to "attacks". Dude had been a pot head since he was like 14 (he's 26 now).
It seems like he has gotten better, however. I talked with his pops in Nigeria and he said he and his church congregation took a weekend prayer retreat atop a mountain to pray for his son's deliverance. I mean straight out the Bible on top of a mountain praying without ceasing. After that initial episode, it just seemed like an evil spirit followed him around wherever he went. Went to jail twice, got his car impounded, got shot at twice in Southeast DC, couldn't hold a job, was homeless for long stretches of time, in and out of court etc. Again, I know a lot of people don't believe but if you saw what I saw you'd know that evil spirits are real.
