Better than the last FEW manias and mitb 2011

The top tier of wwe superstars

Orton
Bryan
Punk
Cena
Brock

ALL can have five star A+ matches 1 on 1. Its amazing

Preshow = A-
Bray vs kane was the only meh match and it was a B-
Cody vs Sandow = A-, cody went hard here
ADR vs Christian; A...shocker, i fukking hate both these guys and they killed it. I hope they do the teritorrial heel move with ADR
Punk vs brock = A+ fukking awesome
Zig+kaitlyn vs big e and aj = B- but it was short
Cena vs bryan = A
the swerve = A++ with honors, flawlessly executed

The presentation with the analysis booth was awesome, the ppv looked like a BIG DEAL and thats tough with summerslam. The LA tradition is one i hope they always keep now. The biggest thing though, is that we have a champion worthy of holding the WWE title.

Bray/Kane stunk.
Divas were terrible.
Mixed tag was forgettable.
Cena/Bryan really took a while to get going for me. Cena was in his "I'll show them I can do technical wrestling" mode and was just really sloppy looking. Elbow probably didn't help and I didn't think they had any chemistry at all really. Picked up a little toward the end.

Too many weak points to be 5-star, but it was enjoyable. And Punk/Brock put on a classic.

That high Backstabber counter by Del Rio was fukking beautiful.

Bryan did something where he did this right mule kick like 5 times on one foot while Cena had the other foot trying to counter and then he turned it into the Yes Lock. Pure greatness..ONCE AGAIN, the definition of high workrate.

Regarding Cena Bryan match, I didn't realize until today that the one of the earliest exchanges in their match that came off awkward (Skip to 1:17):

was actually a callback to the same exchange that they had in their first WWE match in 2002 (Skip to 1:59):

Cool stuff.

49ers..Braves..Celtics
Anytime you get two main event matches that are in MOTY consideration and then another match (Del Rio/Christian) which was very good... it's tough to argue with it being a great show.

It was a W for all of us who enjoy stiff n/h in-ring work and good storytelling

Great show, I'm honestly salty I wasn't able to buy it. For the first time in years WWE deserved my money. :ohhh:
