To be fair... Lloyd Banks has had a lot of chances to takeover NY but he never delivered.

I remember when NY Times did an article about his performance at Summer Jam, Kanye saying he Top 5 etc.

He's got the image and talent, but he just doesn't deliver all the way

I think this is his best tape.....I like the grimey Banks on them old G Unit tapes, but this Banks has more wisdom, confidence and maturity.
