Be honest.....I find most people do, even if they love what they do for a living. It's just the mere fact that you gotta start mentally planning the week, thinking of all the problems left to solve from the week before, and taking care of new ones that pop up...and the overwhelm that comes with it all. I find Monday to be much easier once you actually face it and go through it.....as the "fear of impending doom" tends to turn molehills into mountains in our heads during Sunday night. It's something that's taught at an early age, very rarely do we look forward to school when we're kids, it transfers over to college/university, and then into adulthood with work/business. You notice how if it's a long weekend, and the Monday is off..that feeling is gone on Sunday, and somewhat transferred over to the Monday night?
It's more of a feeling of anticipation. Over the years I've learned how to combat this, and allieviate it.
I'll share my tips in a bit.
What are everyone's thoughts?
