She's not annoying in the sense that she's trying to be annoying. It's more like she really does have medical ADHD and some form of autism so she's like a giant kid, doesn't focus, can't stop moving etc.
It could be fun and goofy but there's no off button because she really doesn't have an off button.
But like she said in the video that dude posted before, she has ups and downs and when she's having downs she just doesn't post or record herself because it probably isn't fun to watch let alone live through.
