:blessed: This was one of the GOAT games to own on the SNES. Was great for someone like me who was too young to play the classics when they were released on the Nintendo. And even updated the graphics from those games. I can pop this in today and still have fun. Played the hell out of that Mario Bros. 3 battle mode

Imagine an All-Stars game on the Wii-U with updated graphics including some of the later Mario games :ohhh:

:mjcry:Nintendo wouldn't do that shyt tho...

I was hoping when that Super Mario 25th anniversary package dropped for the Wii that they would've added some cool shyt. Instead we got that crappy audio CD plus All Stars rom on a disc :aicmon: I Still have my SNES cart, think i'll bust out the SNES this weekend.

I grew up with the version that had All-Stars + World. :blessed:
You think Nintendo would have added Super Mario Land 1 and 2, as well as Yoshi's Island to that compilation when they re-released it.

The All-Stars version of Bros 3 is GOAT :win:
The power-ups, the secrets, the challenge :ohlawd:

Super Mario World is also legendary. The secret levels are still piff even today :krs:

The Lost Levels is :pacspit: worthy, but when you can straight up beat it...:banderas:

Seriously though, it's a shame they never put Yoshi's Island on there when they re-relased it on Wii. :rudy:

I had an NES but had a Genesis instead of a Super Nintendo. So I only played multiplayer SNES games as a kid.

Took a flight overseas when I was young though with Virgin airlines. On the back of the seat in front of me was a screen with an SNES pad, with Super Mario World:ohhh:

Played and beat it. To this day it remains in my top 5 GOAT games. :blessed:

was ANYONE in here ever able to beat the lost levels? I know I couldn't fukk with that one at all.

It had a little fella like :pacspit:, but I managed to beat the game several times. Even worlds A through D :whew:

If you beat the game without warps, there's also a World 9 as well. I had the game almost my whole life and never knew that until a few years ago, so naturally I played and beat that too.

I might have to do it again sometime soon :mjcry:

and :pacspit: :pacspit: :pacspit: :pacspit: :pacspit: the hammer brothers!
