Easily super strength. I can do what I want and if I go to Jail (which would obviously be MY choice because cuffs can’t cuff me lol) I would completely run the prisons.

I'd probably go with speed. You can win gold medals in the 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 3200 steeplechase, 5000, 10000 and marathon all in the same Olympics....just by jogging hella slow since your top speed is 500 mph. Set world records in every sport.
Then you could play in the NFL...probably KR/PR and either WR or DB.

If a guy with super-speed wasn't strong enough, his hand would easily break like red rush's hand did.Omni-Man has invulnerability. Just super strength alone would get smacked by super speed.
Strength and invulnerability, durability, vitality, ect. aren't the same thing. Peak Arnold can still get shot and die. Not seeing a punch coming is how most people get knocked out, the velocity of the punch, not really the power a lot of time. And, the drastic increase in velocity and movement speed would increase your knockout power 1000 fold. The strongest person in the world would get destroyed by speed according to the rules set in the OP. Because remember: The speedster can MAINTAIN HIS SPEED FOR AN HOUR. That includes all the vitality, stamina, durability, and power boosts that go with it. That increase would practically give the speedster super strength. Can you imagine how powerful you would be if your adrenaline lasted an hour?

When you can lift 5 tons and can run 500mph you're not a regular human anymore. When you're that strong, your body overall becomes stronger, this is why it's difficult to kill big animals like tigers and bears with 9mm because they have a lot of furs, muscle, and blubber that would stop the bullet. Arnold isn't an order of magnitude stronger than real people, he can't do what we're talking about.
That's what I'm essentially trying to say. OP only added a caveat to super speed, not strength. The point I was making was the top strongest people/athletes can die from a regular person. So just strength alone doesn't have the advantage many think it has without a caveat.

I think with speed you could acquire great physical strength to begin with
ASSUMING THAT THE POWER IS BASED PHYSICALLY. IF IT'S MAGIC BASED, NO EXTRA STRENGTH WOULD BE NEEDED.
