because most of the people who stayed home in 2016 thought hillary was just gonna win anyway i was one of them

Almost everyone knows someone who’s been financially ruined due to our health care system. I have a lot of faith in Bernie’s message and if CNN and MSNBC could fall the fukk in line if he gets the nomination, I would feel better about being able to normalizing it to our base. I agree, young voters stayed home, and it was a factor.

But it still doesn't change the fact that Obama being president directly led to white voters getting significantly more Republican than they were before. And that was a large part of why Dems bled seats during Obama's presidency. The Tea Party nonsense was definitely a factor, and nothing Obama did policy-wise would've prevented that.

Trump was pretty much in orange nazi mode in 2016 and he still won.

Hopefully he doesn't again, but I don't trust Dem voters to show up unless there's a super charismatic Obama/Clinton type candidate.

One line full of black, brown, Asian, young cacs other line full of decrepit cacs and confused latinos. Standing awkwardly next to each other for 20 minutes.
