i know in that cartoon they did in the 90's he was white. but, in the fantastic four movie laurence fishburne played the voice of the silver surfer. i always felt like he could be a black dude until i saw that cartoon. he's got the swag of a black dude as the silver surfer but before then he was a white dude and he didn't have that type of attitude. he looks like the type that would call people "nikka" now that he's the silver surfer but forgets he was/is white.
