I'm.confussd about the length of the movie because it looks like there's gonna be like 10 different villains in this one film...

According to rumors, it should be a little over 2 hours. Obviously, that's not confirmed, though.

My wife doesn’t know what characters are Marvel or DC. She sees a movie she’s interested in, she wants to see it.

Well, I guess he means that Jimmy's mom will be confused if The Penguin shows up in the DCU but it's not the Colin Farrell Penguin.

Also, the DCU will have its own Batman, which is separate from Robert Pattinson. So he's saying that will confuse casual audience members.

I get that concern, but honestly, it's a minimal one (in my opinion). Most people will be able to decipher a separate universe. Those who don't decipher that simply won't "get it" and that's fine.

People worried about how many characters are in this shouldn't be

1. Some are likely just cameos in screen time
2. Gunn has had movies with more characters than this and everyone always gets their shine

I just know I saw how confusing and convoluted Marvel got and everything was MCU and people still gave up trying to understand
