For the ppl complaining about the cameos and shyt(hawkgirl etc) or the weird monsters. That's the point of the world. Superheros and shyt are already a known thing and established in this world. If they already established, you gonna need random monsters/villains that they fight. IIRC Superman is bringing a change to what the world thinks a superhero is. I imagine a bunch of the other supes are on bullshyt, not trying to be role models, treating ppl as disposable. In walks Superman wanting to change that and get rid of "that" type of hero.

Gunn is most likely doing a reversed Kingdom Come. Instead of old man Supes returning to throw hands against a new generation of heroes. It will be a younger Supes fighting against old government corrupted/controlled heroes. That’s why a lot of heroes are already established in Gunn’s universe.

Aquaman was the highest crossing DCEU film and the only film to reach $1 billion. How you flop with the two biggest DC heroes in the same movie and people still think you need to be involved?

That said YouTube likes aren't going to translate at the box office if this movie doesn't get great reviews.
