People hate Batman Returns?

I can understand the 2 after, but I never heard of Returns hate.

There's a lot of people I've seen who say Burton went too far with the weird/gross aspects but personally I love it

I don't hate Batman Returns but yeah, Burton did go too far with the nastiness. If he kept Returns in the same vein as Batman '89, that would have been fine.
