I just think this looks like a big budget throwback to the cheesy 80's SUPERMAN. I think Snyder's SUPERMAN wasn't perfect, but it was headed in the right direction for a Superman of a new era. I think this won't be the homerun people believe it will be.

This is the Superman that most fans want, and the reception to this film so far has been mostly positive.
