The low sales on that Wonder Woman movie was really disappointing because I considered it to be one of the best flicks that they put out.
I think the only way to get Wonder Woman's profile up with Batman and Superman's is for DC to do a massive shift in the way they market the character.
They should do a real girlie show to hook in those My Little Pony fans (including them Brony freaks) and then take the next step to a more Sailor Moon type of a vibe to hook that type of fan. And they need to get that CW show off the ground so that they can get the Vampire Diaries/Twilight loving demographic before they could ever trot out a major motion picture for the character.

Or they could just throw a shytload of money at Joss Whedon and get him to direct the movie he wrote for Warners a couple years ago that they stupidly passed on.

since DC is under warner bros they always had a animation department ready to work on there properties.

If you notice as far as animation goes DC always outshined marvel there.

Now that marvel is under Disney the animation should get much better.

Because their dumb asses didn't market it correctly. How do you make a Wonder Woman animated feature and not even think to market it to girls and women?

There are women I know who don't fukk with comics or cartoons but they'll pause and take a look at anything that has Wonder Woman in it.
