The difference between predator and Batman is that Batman can't be caught off guard. The idea behind Batman is that he has been prepping for every challenge before it occurs. If Batman attempts to fight Superman you best believe that he has kryptonite grenades and magic pistols on deck. There is no outsmarting him.

And smart. Like Tony stark or B.Banner levels of smart. He'd steal the alien tech and use it against predator.

Spider-Man would be the true predator if not for his uncontrollable need to make one liners while stalking his prey.

Kraven beat Spider Man. Predator is basically alien Kraven. Only difference is Predator doesn't know about Spider sense and wouldn't use things to throw it off.
