I take a liquid multivitamin with those vitamins. Liquid is better absorbed than the pills.

Elderberry gummies
Lots of water
Lots of green tea
Wheatgrass powder
Cook food with ginger and garlic and turmeric. Easy one would be some kind of curry.


This is really good advice. How can I forget about garlic. Turmeric decreases inflammation . Rep coming.

You can make a drink or tonic out of turmeric. I used to drink turmeric with black pepper.

Dope. You’re doin the right thing. Drink that shyt with a straw though so you don’t stain your teeth.

Or you can take premixed turmeric capsules with piperine. Piperine (black pepper) enhances the absorption of turmeric up to 2000%. I just hit one of those daily.
