I wonder what metric they used? Is it just race discrimination suits, or are they lumping in LGBT, disability, and sex related discrimination cases by people who happened to be white?

Additionally they probably file fewer race discrimination suits. If white folk file 5 and win four, they have a higher percentage than if Black folk file 20 and win 12.
