you know it's usually dead quiet by 3am besides homeless/drug fiends walking around or loitering around the 7/11....only time shyt popping off at 3am in the hood is between nikkas who know each other..probably kicking it in the same house, drinking and they get into it
But most people sleep or passed out at 3/4am
But I'm actually rolling in the streets during these hours and see what's going on out here...you probably sleeping in your Snuggie at home

You couldn’t pay me enough to walk through O-Block at 3am. In DC I forgot the metro stopped running early one weekend and I had to walk home 2 miles at 12:45am, didn’t get home until almost 2 in the morning. That was prime jacking hours. I was praying I ran into no slimy nikkas that whole walk. You couldn’t pay me to do that again and definitely not through O-Block which is worse than DC.
