I've been watching the original Dragon Ball off and on for the past few months. I enjoy watching old movies and also older cartoons at night before going to sleep sometimes. It's relaxing.
There is a lot of "problematic" shyt in that show
. First, almost every black character has bright red lips like a fukking gollywog. Secondly, there is an arc with the Red Ribbon Army and he is fighting all the different generals in the army. One of the generals is general blue who is some nazi inspired homosexual. There is a scene where she tries to seduce him, keeping in mind she is 16, and he reacts like he is disgusted and scared. She responds by "EWWWWWWW he is gay" 
. Not just "oh hes gay" but she was legit grossed out he was gay which would not play well today at all. Then when Krillin fights him, he calls him a flaming homo and there are a bunch of other comments close to calling him a straight up faq.
Finally, again Bulma is 16, and they have a lot of
shyt with her and you can't forget Master Roshi's molesting ass.
Did they ever air the original Dragon Ball in the US or just Dragon Ball Z? Because if they did, that shyt had to be edited to hell
